Scheduling An Appointment With Our IT Consultant
A New Year is upon us and we are thrilled for what the upcoming year has in store. We wanted to go back to the basics and inform clients on how you can place a Service Request with one of our IT consultants.
One Call Away
You can call us to place a Service Request during our offices hours that are from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays.
Call (510)874-5864 and explain the nature of your technical issue as well as the urgency to our customer support.
Connecting via Email
Not a fan of talking on the phone? Not a problem- you can simply send us an e-mail to email@example.com, with a description of the issue in the subject line.
Head to our website and on the top right corner you will see a tab called Support. Once you click on that you can choose between remote support and request support. You will be able to fill out a form and we will get in touch with you shortly.
If you would like to come in the office we are located in Oakland, California. We suggest calling in advance to inform us you will be visiting. Our normal business hours are from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Since we are busy and on the move, sending us a message is the best and fastest way to get in touch with us.
