Outlook –> Microsoft Outlook is the preferred email client used to access Microsoft Exchange Server email. It provide access to Exchange Server email, but it also includes contact, calendaring and task management functionality.

OneDrive –> OneDrive is Microsoft’s service for hosting files in the “cloud”, that’s available for free to all the owners of a Microsoft account.

Word  –> Microsoft Word is the most popular word processing program. It is easy to use and allows you to create all different types of documents.

Excel –>  Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program used to store and retrieve numerical data in a grid format of columns and rows.

PowerPoint –> PowerPoint, is a commercial presentation program developed by Microsoft. It generally uses a graphical approach to presentations in the form of slide shows.

OneNote –> Microsoft OneNote is a computer program for free-form information gathering and multi-user collaboration. It gathers users’ notes (handwritten or typed), drawings, screen clippings and audio commentaries.

SharePoint –> Organizations use SharePoint to create websites. You can use it as a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from any device.

Microsoft Teams –> Microsoft Teams is a platform that combines workplace chat, meetings, notes, and attachments.

Yammer –>  Yammer is a collaboration tool that helps you connect and engage across the Company. It makes it easy to share, create, and edit content right in the app.

Access –>  Microsoft Access is an information management tool that helps you store information for reference, reporting, and analysis.
